The Beech Mountain sledding hill is for kids age 12 and under, although parents may ride with smaller children. Plastic sleds are required. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own sleds, and they can be purchased at a few stores on the mountain.
Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week. Safety personnel are on duty.
